At CozyXafir, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our 8x10ft ultra-soft shag rugs. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your rug must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In the original packaging (please keep the vacuum-sealed bag if possible).
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Return Process
To start a return, please contact our support team at [xafirshagrugs@gmail.com]. Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Shipping Costs for Returns
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If the rug arrived damaged during transit, has a manufacturing defect, or is the wrong color/size, CozyXafir will cover all return shipping costs.
Personal Preference: If you wish to return the rug because you changed your mind or the color doesn't suit your room, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned rug, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.) within 5-7 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
